Entrance to the building

Main entrance to the building through double doors: external 84 centimetres wide, with a handle at a 105 centimetres height and a threshold high for 7 centimetres; internal ones are 84 centimetres wide, a handle is at 118 centimetres height. The doors are opened manually, there is a guard in front of the building between 7am and 5pm who can be asked for help. Lack of possibility to contact the concierge from the outside.

Corridors and passages

Elevator located in the left wing of the building and accessible for persons with disabilities (the door 90 centimetres wide), top button at 118 centimetres high. Elevator with digital voice information. Most office entrances are two-leaves doors, about 76 centimetres wide with handles at 120 to 127 centimetres high, single doors are 95 centimetres wide, with handles at 120 centimetres high. Entrance to men's restrooms 100 centimetres wide with internal door 90 centimetres wide and with handles at 120 centimetres high, women's entrance 89 centimetres wide, handles at 120 centimetres high. The Cloakroom on the ground floor with a countertop at 100 centimetres high.

Bathrooms, toilets, changing rooms

Restrooms for persons with disabilities located on the ground floor: male in the left wing and female in the right one. The cloackroom also on the ground floor and accessible for persons with disabilities.

Additional customizations

A voice system in the elevator which informs about the location of it and there are also some information in Braille.

Access and parking spaces

Public transport: an option to get there by metro to Nowy Swiat - Uniwersytet station or by bus to Krakowskie Przedmieście Street to the stops called Uniwersytet. Parking on University property for persons with disabilities available, after getting an entry pass with the assistance of the Office for Persons with Disabilities.
