Complaints procedure
Everyone has the right to request digital accessibility to the website, mobile application or any elements thereof. You can also request information to be made available using an alternative means of access, for example by reading out a digitally inaccessible document, describing the content of a video without audio description, etc.
The request should contain the particulars of the person filing the request, indication of the website or mobile application it concerns and contact information. If the requesting person reports the need to receive information by means of an alternative method of access, they should also specify a convenient mode of presenting such information to them.
The public entity should promptly satisfy the request, not later than within 7 days from the date the request was filed. Entrance to the building
The entrance to the building with a driveway. The main door manually opened. Double doors. Width of one leaf: 80 centimetres. (in total 160 centimetres). Calling for help possible with a bell located at the front door. A stairs in the vestibule. On the left side of the vestibule a platform for persons with disabilities (load capacity approx. 160 kilos). The maximum opening width - 90 centimetres. The concierge hall located on the ground floor in the hall by the lift.Corridors and passages
Flat entrance hall on the ground floor with direct access to the Czarnowski Hall (room no. 5) and rooms No. 6 and 7. Double door. Width of one wing: 90 centimetres. Access to the Czarnowski Hall also possible from the inner courtyard. Door width: 90 centimetres. Access to lift (accessibility of levels 1 underground to 3rd floor). Stairs in front of the entrance to the corridor (halls no. 1, 2, 3, 4, room no. 8): 4 steps. No platform. Access to the corridor from the inner courtyard. Two entrances, double doors leading to a terrace with a ramp for wheelchair users. Access to room 4 preceded by a wall with a door opening. Width: 80 centimetres. The doors to rooms 1, 2, 3, 4: double-leaf doors, manually opened. Width of one door leaf: 75 centimetres . First floor access to the rooms located in the wing from Krakowskie Przedmieście side - rooms no. 100 to 114. Exit from the lift directly to the main hall (rooms no. 100, 101). Between the hall in front of room no. 102/103 and the corridor a ramp allowing access to rooms no. 104 to 114. In the wing from Krakowskie Przedmieście some lecture rooms: 102, 108, 109, 110, 112. room no. 102: double door. Width of one wing: 75 centimetres. Room no. 108: single wing door. Width: 90 centimetres (handle height: 115 centimetres) Hall no. 109: single leaf door. Width: 80 centimetres (handle height: 115 centimetres) Room no. 110: single leaf door. Width: 80 centimetres (handle height: 115 centimetres) Room no. 112: single leaf door. Width: 80 centimetres (handle height: 115 centimetres). Wing from Traugutta Street side: access to this wing possible for persons with disabilities with the help of a platform located in the hall on the first floor (hall before room no. 102/103). The key to operate the lift located in the reception area. Paging is possible with the help of a bell (button by the lift): Reading Room of the Faculty Library, Ossowska Auditorium and Room No. 115. The doors to the Reading Room and the Auditorium are double, manually opened. Width of one door wing: 75 centimetres. Three wheelchair stands for persons with disabilities in the Ossowska Hall. The Hall equipped with an induction loop (it is the only room in the building equipped with an induction loop). 2nd floor: exit from the lift directly into the hallway in front of rooms 200-101. Access to the wing from Krakowskie Przedmieście to rooms 200-203 and 212-213. The corridor with access to rooms 204-211 is difficult due to stairs (3 steps). No platform, no ramp. Narrow corridor, closeness of entrances to rooms 204 and 211 makes it impossible to install a platform or a ramp. On the first floor 3 lecture rooms: 207, 208 and 209. The entrance doors to all three rooms 80 centimetres wide. The handle height of the door to room 209: 115 centimetres. In the other halls: 100 centimetres. Third floor: exit from the lift directly into the small hallway vestibule on the Traugutta Street side. Stairs make access to rooms 300-315 impossible. No platform for persons with disabilities.Procedures
In front of the main entrance a bell to summon the concierge. Second bell located in front of the entrance to the corridor on the ground floor from the inner courtyard. A third bell located by the platform on the first floor. The bells summon the concierge who assists persons with disabilities.Extra help
